Help? i'VE TRIED CONVERTING MY FILES INTO AVI, WMV, OR DIVX BUT THEY WON'T

SYNC INTOMY MP3 PLAYER? I have a creative zen mosaic and it only supports avi,wmv,divx files. I've already converted and I try to sync it in windows media, only to find an error message everytime. It works for my sister because her mp3 stores mpg files. Do i need to install codecs or something?If so how?I really want videos badly!!!
 
if you're trying to sync videos using windows media, it won't work. it only works with songs. use the software that came with your zen. you have to use that and it'll automatically convert the videos for you and sync it.
