The truth is there aren't any beefy mac recipes using pepper jack.
These are my ingredients since I am only cooking for one.
1/2 pound of ground beef
Pepper Jack cheese (and I also have some cheddar)
Macaroni shells.
I am hoping you are a good cook who can improvise on a recipe given certain ingredients.
