Help me find a plan that fits my needs for t-mobile?

I want two lines but only one will need unlimited text and web. Included in that will be the accessibility to Android since the one phone will be an Andriod phone. How much will that be for t-mobile? I'm having trouble doing this so if anybody can help me that would be awesome!

I do not want to burst your bubble , but T Mobile is merging with AT&t and seemingly does not care about their phones., their network, or their customers. They are many complaints. T Mobile wants everyone to buy phones just to get people locked into a contract so they will have to go to att and pay much more for much less or they get stuck with an early termination fee.Also att stated that they will not allow any TM phones to be unlocked onto their network. I hope that this helps.
