Help me understand my dreams please! What does this mean?

Okay so I have these random dreams but I somehow know this dream has already happened but the thing is it happened years ago and I somehow always change it because I know exactly what's going to happen next.... This really freaks me out especially since I can see myself in my dreams... Explain please
