Help me with a Warner Brothers cartoon?

Okay there was a cartoon that came on what was the WB in the 90s I used to watch when I was a kid.
okay there were 3 weird things I don't know if they were animals but they were black there were 2 boys and one girl and the girl wore a long pink sweatshirt and she had what I think was a flower bow in her hair. thats all I have.

It was a cartoon in the 90's
I think it was on the wb because I remember in like commercials they would go inside the WB Water Tower thing.

If anyone knows what this cartoon is called it will be much appreciated.

btw I keep wanting to call them MANIACS b/c thats what I thought they were called but when I type it on google nothing comes up about about them. :)

it was called animaniacs the characters were yacko wako and dot and there is a movie about them called wakos wish i think its an awesome movie and i recomend it it also has a lot of other Warner Bros. characters in it like pinky and the brain
