HELP! My Blackberry Bold 9700 won't pair with my Plantronics Explorer 360

bluetooth device. HELP!? I have the Blackberry Bold 9700 from Bell and a Plantronics Explorer 360 bluetooth and I cannot pair it with the phone. I have the bluetooth connection turned on and when I try to search for the device it can't find it. It has previously been paired with a Fido iPhone but according to the online manuel it shouldn't matter.

Any ideas how to fix the problem?
