help!!!my dog keeps getting rashes?

and its a constant thing and everytime we take her to the vet he gives the same thing its become quite an expense, so we figure it must be something in th backyard doing this. what are typical things in the backyard that gives dogs rashes, also ear infection cause she gets those a lot

shes a beagle btw
