HELP!!!! my dreams are crashing down?

ok this may sound werid but when i was little i created this dream world b/c of my awful childhood and recently he guy im dating in my dreams dies along with some of my friends and no matter how many times i change the dream the same thing happens but the pain is real it could be the middle of the day i could be dreaming and then start to cry about what happened in that dream at one point i lost reality and did nothing but dream but now im scared to go back.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME i cant live without that world if this keeps up i don't know what i'll do
