HELP my motorokr will NOT read my micro sd card after my samsung formated it.?

In order for my samsung SCH-r600 Hue II to read my memory card, I had to format it. Even then, it totally screwed it up, and didn't read everything on the card. Now, I am getting rid of the phone tomorrow, and possibly switching back to the motorokr, or, another motorola, OR, just another phone in general.. Anyhow, when sticking the card in my motorokr, it basically 'crashes' the phone,....causes it to start over, lock up, start over....repeaditly. How can I fix this? My computer doesn't have memory card slots, nor is it bluetooth, however, I do have access to a computer that has memory card slots. Anyway, is there a way for me to undo what the samsung done? IF not, can the people I got the phone from, fix it?
 
If you have access to a PC with a card slot, format the card on the PC onto a FAT32 format.
