HELP! My phone wont turn on! (sony ericsson vivaz pro)?

I switched off my phone this morning, then I tried switching it on. The 'Sony Ericsson' screen popped up but then it went blank and the red video light was blinking a few times, then the 'Sony Ericsson' screen popped up again. It kept going on and on and on and on for 3 hours, then I got tired of it and took out the battery. HELP :/!!!
