The next day the light comes back on I took it back to them they drove it over to the BMW place and they could find nothing. So a month goes by with the light coming on every so often. When I was in town the light came back on I then drove it over to the BMW place with the light still on they put it on their machine and told me the thing needed a new transmission :0 So I waited for BMW to do there thing and someone from the warranty place came out drove the car for 5 miles the light didnt come on and he refused my claim! So here I am 1 month after purchasing a car a new car to me and the thing needs a transmission and the warrant place that is supposed to cover transmissions in fact I purchased the power train plain from them is refusing to pay. The Toyota place where I purchased the vehicle from is saying basically sorry bout ya luck. Legally what can I do?? someone PLEASE help</p></blockquote><p></p>
