Help on downloading the GTrom loader for pansat 2700A?

I just got the system about a week ago, and icant download the software to the pansat. It goes to the page were to download the system but when i click on bin file and look for the file the computer says that there is a problem

Is there any other webpage that i can download the page from?
Can anyone help me please?
