Hey guys, im having a problem understanding the nutrition plan for P90x.
Here is an extracted part of the book i got.
Proteins 5
Dairy 2
Fruits 1
Vegetables 2
Fats 1
Carbs 1
Snacks SGL, BAR,Drink
Condiments 1
Each number represents how many servings
So they gave some examples.
For example: Fats
each serving = 120 cal.
3 oz Avacado
1tbsp Canola oil
1 tbsp flaxseed oil
1tbsp olive oil
4 oz Olives.
So for example, i am required to take 1 serving of Fats as stated.
Am i suppose to choose one of the above example or all of them = 1 serving?
In other words, does the 1 serving means just choose for example 4 Oz olives? or you have to eat the whole thing above to be counted as 1 servings?
