I went to school today and my trunk was working fine, except for the occasional not fully closing (never been a biggie).
I get home and the trunk is stuck.
The actuator works and I can hear it, however the latch wont work (it wont pop my trunk). I tried using my key in the back (where the emblem is) and my key got stuck and then the hole key hole pulled out (i managed to put it back in but it doesn't work anymore).
I don't care about fixing the key hole, i just want to fix the latch (if that is the problem, which im almost sure of).
Has anyone had this problem and if so how did you fix it (the latch) and where did you order the new latch?
Please don't say anything about the dealership, i will die if i must show my face there again and not tell me my car is a lemon, I'm fully aware of it.
