I feel like it came out in 2009 or 2010, semi-recently.
It was a movie about a couple who were scientists.
I think they were experimenting with stem cell research or DNA replication or something.
They create this deformed child/monster thing, & start raising it as their own.
Near the end of the movie, the male scientist has sex with the girl/monster thing.
I really need help figuring this out!
