i just recently purchased a black berry pearl from tmobile && some guy told me i could get aim and all those new features by going on tmobile.com and upgrading my blackberry..i downloaded the blackberry handheld software but when i used the application loader thing on the desktop manager..i couldnt add it to my phone..i seriously need help step by step.. i would really appreciate it thank you
