Help with Bluetooth/Infrared?

I have a Sony Ericsson W580i and my friend has a Nokia 6102. I want to send her a ringtone, but there's a problem.. I have bluetooth and she has infrared, so I don't know how to sync with her. Is there any way I can send her the ringtone? Help please and thank you!

Bluetooth is radio based, Infrared is well, infrared. They are completely different. Can you text message it to her? Or do you have an SD card slot you can use?

dude...i think there's no way a bluetooth and an infrared can can be connected together because they're different...try connecting your phones to a pc which has bluetooth or infrared dongle...sharing of files would be easier.
