help with dish network hd dvr?

did factory restore now when i go to try and record something say for tomorrow i always had to push set priority and that would be that now i hit it and it takes me to another page priority page so i hit done but it never records it how do i go back to where i just hit priority and be done wit it

The restore button on the remote is if your satellite channel changes to a different one on the tv and you can't remember what the tv channel is. Unless you did something in the menu that I don't know about.
Here's another way to record. Find your show on the channel guide and press record. It will bring you to a menu that allows you to record all shows, only new shows and once. Pick what you want to do and click create timer.
Around 2 weeks ago, dish changed several things on the channel guide like the colors of the grid and the recording menu when you press dvr has changed to a different format. That might be what's confusing to you
