help with email on Nokia 5300?

i have a Nokia 5300 and im having a problem with signing into my email when i press check new email its says "T-Zone setting: T-Mobile GPRS" then it says "connecting to server" after that it gives me an error saying "cannot connect to network check connectivity settings"
