help with fixing a Volvo 240 DL exhaust?

i didnt drive my volvo at all this winter, when i went to start her up after it warmed up i found alot of rust and holes on the pipes coming out of the exhaust and muffler. . i just decided that i want to fix her up BIG TIME. any suggestions??
 
That's a lot of pipe. Call muffler shops for the best price.
