I keep a diary on my computer just writing down whatever I feel/think, but I would love to start a paper journal or something so I can keep it throughout the years. I started the diary on my computer to help me get my feelings and thoughts out without telling anybody else, it also helped me recover from my eating disorder and has slowly helped me get to know myself and become and better person. I would just love to buy a nice A5, thick lined paper journal from somewhere which I can keep to write down positive thoughts, memories etc. I was just wondering if anyone does any of that, any tips to keep it, any places I can get a nice journal for no more than £20, and what could I write in it? Thanks :)
