I have been doing a few exercises I have found to really work my legs. I do not want to lose weight, but I want to tone my legs and have bigger muscles.
So I have been doing these exercises every night.
I was wondering though will I see better results faster if I do these routine exercises morning AND night, or even 3 times a day?
I can't afford to go to a gym, so I have been doing exercises at home. They seem to be working too because my legs are feeling a little sore, and I feel the burn when I do them.
Any advice or help with this would be great. Thanks.
