help with Motorola?

My V3I cant work
in every 15 Min it restart with no service sign
What Should I do ?
The screen becomes white and it hangs for secs
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

take the battery out and then put it back in, should work after that
