Ok, so here's the thing.... I need to create a free-form vector outline. I know that Photoshop isn't the best for vector images, but I don't have Illustrator.
I know the pen is the tool to use, and I create my path how I want it, but I can't figure out how to go from there and create the actual vector outlines. I tried "stroke path" but that seems to rasterize my outline. Any ideas?
