Ok so dont laugh but i cant do 1 push up not even a girly one . i am 15 and female and i really want to learn how to do them . everytime i go to do them my arms get weak and i fall . iv tried everything and cant do 1 please help me with easy tips and stuff . thanks serious answer only please /.
