I called my local revenue office with the vin no. to a car my brother left setting in my yard months ago, and he left the state. Im trying to file 4 a lost tiltle and see if there are any "leans" on the car. She told me to go get a form a fill out for a lost or "abandondment" report. She said I probably could do this over the internet but did not know site to go to. I checked arkansas finance and administration, but got nothing. If I have to go to state police because there is no record of car in this state, am I better of just selling car for parts? I really wanted title so I could put fuel pump on a sell it myself and make sum money off of it. What do you guys think I should do?
