So I just bought a new S4 and I was wondering why some features were shaded in, like it won't let me change it. Like in my camera settings, why is the "Save as flipped" shaded out and so is the "Storage" or when I go to the setting of "Smart screen" and the "Smart rotation" can't be checked because it is also shaded in.
