In what level will I be able to get the:
Painter Smurf?
Hefty Smurf?
Smurfette?
Baby Smurf?
and all of the other specialized people and their houses and new minigames?

The only way to get them is to spend money on smurfberrys and then you can buy the specialized people and their houses with the smurfberrys.
you can get them at any level tho!
