Help with start menu...?

Hello, yesterday I was browsing through my programs and I found a folder labeled "Programs". I opened it and it only had duplicates of what was in my programs menu, so I deleted it. I went back into my programs menu and almost everything was gone.

Is there any way I can restore the shortcuts automatically?
