Their tenure with TELUS is more likely to get you some free features though and that can add up to a better deal in the end instead of a free phone. You also stated that YOU are starting a 2 year contract, if it is in YOUR name then you are basically starting from scratch and won't get much a deal on anything. TELUS rewards clients who stick around for a few years. We all had to start somewhere but the deals will get better over time.</blockquote>
