Help with the Dodge Nitro?

My 2007 Dodge Nitro SXT is turning left and right slightly constantly on the high way at 50+ it used to shut off while in drive while moving, and it had a bad wheel barring before. If this is a lemon, would it be possible to get a new nitro? and how would i be able to prove this? if its not a lemon, than what is the problem? it started doing this yesterday.
