Are there other military job opportunities that involve audio engineering recording or is 25v the only one? And is broadcast journalism one of them as well? I have good audio engineering experience and can solder well. I'm a musician and rely on shows for a living. But floating around doing local gigs are hard sometimes, no guarantee I'll have a booked gig the next week. I want to get my life on track and my audio mixing career going. And what better way than to do it for the military!? I'm interested in joining the military so I can do this job. Still debating between the marines or the army, but I want to do something like this. I just don't have writing journalism type experience or qualities. My goal is to use my personal and military experience in radio, live sound, recording mixing situations to one day get a job as an engineer for a news or radio station.
