okay, so i was messing around with my phone since i was bored, and i went to the password and pin option. i changed my password to 0000 then i went to the pin2 since i was curious what it was, and it asked me for 'current' or something, so i put in 0000, and it asked for a new one and i put 9162. it asked to confirm an i typed 9162. it said it was wrong.
i did that several times and decided to play with 'pin' and it asked me for the pin. i typed in 0000 thinking it was asking me for my password and it tells me im wrong and i have 2 or 3 times to try it. i was wondering what it would do and i thought it would just lock the phone and say "trying again in 3 mins" sort of like it does with the ipod/ iphone. so i tried it all 3 times. they were all wrong and now it locks me out my phone. the screen has a little pop up saying " PIN blocked call customer care" and it has the button SOS and KEYPAD. i press keypad and i type random numbers. idk what its asking me, because i watched videos trying to help me with this situation and at the top it says password, while mine says keypad at the top, and it fits 21 characters. Doesnt the password only fit 8?

oh and this phone used to belong to my aunt.
