HelpWith My Samsung Instinct and Uncaught Exception Message?

I am falling out of love with my Samsung Instinct. Now all of the sudden, I can't play the music on my Instinct. Everytime I attempt to open up the music library, it will load up, then at the very end it gives me the Uncaught Exception Message. Does anyone know how to remedy this? Is there an update that I can re-download that will take care of this?
