...model is cutting out .? epu is coming up on dash some of the symptoms are lack of acceleration power, the car could be idle and then cut out completely..when i try and start it again its like its turning over normal but just wont start could take a few mins to start it again when its at idle speed the rev counter is going up and down on rev. counter another problem is when i get a jump start it turns over but no accerlation at all would turn car off and turn back on to get accerlation power please help as im running out of options thanks everybody............

I wondering what are the voltages at the battery posts with the engine and key off and then once it's started up bec it could be a voltage regulator issue or a bad alternator or a bad battery or bad connections.Bec you mentioned when you try and boost it that it has no acceleration after being boosted to me that tells me either the main comp or voltage regulating circuit is acting up or it's gone into a sort of voltage protection mode due to the boost.

Not sure what exact voltage that alternator or voltage regulating circuit is suppose to give out according to the factory specs but normally any 12 volt automotive battery has at least 12.5 volts with no draw on it and any alternator should be giving out a good 13.7 or more volts but not in the high 14's or above 15 volts bec they says that the voltage regulator is no good.

You need to be sure the air , gas flow and the spark is right so check over anything dealing with fuel and air and spark , plus check all the vac lines and vac hoses and I want to get it scanned to find out what and if any codes are present. Many areas have mechanic services that come to you and some parts stores like Parts Source will actually print you out free info on the comps or alternator or voltage regulating circuits etc.

Hope that helps and best of luck.By the way what I'd be watching out for besides any loose or rusty or corroded connections or loose belts etc is with a volt meter or test probe with the engine running and with the accelerator pressed a bit does the current fluctuate a lot bec that could be a sign of the problem.
