so what is better for martial arts training ? a lot of reps w/ low sets (such as 2 sets of 12 reps) or low reps with high sets (such as 6 sets of 4 reps) ? I am thinking the high reps of low sets is much better, but wanna make sure !

yea truu, so if i go for high reps, that means ill become too bulky... so i should stick with low reps, high sets ?
