Hit in the crotch.. is it hurt for a girl?

my sister came up behind me while I was lying on the bed with my feet overhanging. She ticked me on a foot, and being very very ticklish on my feet, I involuntarily kicked her very hard right in the crotch.
She reacted pretty much as a man would being kicked in the crotch.

No I wouldn't say it would hurt as much, but it probably hurt her all the same. Who would ever be kicked anywhere on their body and be okay with it.
