hockey nutrition/training?

What should I be eating on a daily basis to get in good health for hockey? and what excercises should i do? please help. thanks.
 
if you go to the gym look at these workouts

eat alot of white meat (turkey) salmon is really good. look into going to GNC or Vitaminworld and looking at protein bars, shakes etc. maybe look into a cook book ie. http://www.myfit.ca/fitnessequipment/nutrition_cookbook.asp
