Holes in the vagina... thrush?

I have thrush and i need to use the tube to put the cream inside. Ive never had anything up there before and im not sure where exactly i should put the tube.... I know theres like 3 holes? 1 for the pee, 1 for the penis and 1 the anus.

Does the tube go in the same hole that you have sex with? and where abouts is it? is it closer to the anus, or more to the front of the body?

you havnt been taught this stuff? i havnt when i was younger, i just knew...
