Message: <blockquote data-quote="Samworld" data-source="post: 1519261" data-attributes="member: 599270"><p>Look into your local SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).  If they run a shelter it is usually a "no kill" shelter.  This means that the shelter will not euthanize ("put to sleep" or kill) any animals rescued and placed in their care.  If they do not run a shelter, they will probably know of any "no kill" shelters in your area.  If you get the kitties to one of these shelters, maybe you could help them by volunteering in the shelter to ease the burden of caring for so many unwanted pets.</p></blockquote><p></p>
