Me and my friend are making a homemade snowmobile out of a old hay bale auger. We cut it down and rewelded it to about 6 feet with a 10 inch pulley on the " track " and we plan to put a go - kart clutch on it with a smaller V-Belt, we are using a Oliver tractor gas tank to hold the fuel and we are making a seat that just covers the track we weigh 150 pounds but we want to know how big of a motor we would need to propel the Machine with the fuel and us. Give us a Horse Power measurement please. Both a HP & CC would be great!
