i have a 1992 cadillac deville and my hood wont open. i cant move the cable and i think somehow the cable operated latch is either froze or jammed. i tried screwdrivers, prybars and i cant seem to get the latch to release, i dont care if i mess up the grille any suggestions as how i can get the latch to release so i can open up my hood ? thanks
