The only inputs it has are the standard red and white composite audio and an optical audio in. I was told that i could run my xbox and play station into my tv via hdmi, and then use the composite out of my tv to hook it to the surround sound, but that would only give me use of 2 speakers and not the 5.1 that i want. If i were to run an optical cable from the back of my tv to the system, would that allow me to have 5.1 surround on my xbox, playsation, and standard tv?</p></blockquote><p></p>
