too many variables, eg, how much boost, what carb or injection, cam, compression ratio, however, it will be more than a sedan tranny can handle, better go to a 091, or better yet, a mendeola or fortin, or even an 002. I really dislike the sound of a regular aspirated vw, but the turbo sounds great, and if you build it right, like the new 3 piece case, it will live-can't say the same for your microstubs however...good luck, be safe.
