I use the one thats suppose to be the best. There are two colors one black and one white, I use the white one which LA fitness has. I measure it atleast once a day before I start working out. I use the lbs on the scale that I use in the morning. It is normally the same, " 144-146". on a bad day 147(i dont know if thats accurate or its just water weight or what). I think I'm 5'11 because I had my height measured with shoes on. And I'm the age of 26. I normally put normal build because I don't have the eye popping abs I want but some trainers at the gym tell me I need to put on them lbs. I know that I use to be over "200" lbs at one point. But the odd ball thing is the handheld bf monitor i use tells me im between 4-8 percent! But I dont see any eye popping abs. Is it because I'm non athletic or something? People tell me i look more about 15-20%. so you dont have to have abs or big muscles to have 6 %?
