I bought a ashley sofa and single rocker reckliner for 1400$ in a furniture store. They deliverd some defect pieces.I informed store people immediately. They said they wil order new one n it takes couple of weeks.so am waiting for new pieces.after 1 month store people came to fix the pieces.I asked them for new pieces. They replied they ordered for damaged parts n they cann't give new pieces after using one and half month. But we complained immediately they took one and half month to come.how can they fix insted of giving new pieces?we didn't damage anything if so that is our responsibility. But thsi is store people responsibility to deliver good pieces to their customers. Now my question is shall i give complain on furniture store or shall i give piece to fix? I paid 1400$ so i want a perfect pieces. What should i do?

Call the store and ask to speak to the manager. Remind them that they were called immediately upon delivery of the furniture and were told that they would be replaced, not repaired. If they refuse to do it, write a letter to the main office. My experience with Ashley is that they don't keep a warehouse. They order furniture when you buy it and you get it many weeks later. Because of this, of course you're going to have the furniture for a while before a replacement shows up. Tell them you're not stupid and you expect everything to be replaced. If you paid for the furniture with a credit card, dispute the charge based on defective merchandise.

i would go to the store and talk to one of the managers there. if they refuse, those things carry warranty so tell them you want your money back because you received a defective recliner and you're not satisfied with it.
