How beneficial would it be to stop paying rent and sleep in my truck?

I have a small pickup with a topper, its the next best thing to a van. I have lived in it before, and I sleep well at night in it. I can shower in the woods, and shave, so no one knows I live in it. I HATE paying rent.
I currently have an income of 800 a month, and I don't have to work.
I have a mailbox that only runs 10 dollars a month.
I have a cell phone, and I travel to town several times a week, and its completely safe.

you can shower in the woods, but what about toilet use ? What about wild animals ? Where do you eat ? Where do you dump your garbage ? What about laundry--you will need clean clothes. If you need medical help, what address would you give? If you need other help, can you hook up a phone in your truck ? How will people reach you if they need to talk to you ? What do you do in the winter when severe cold will get into the truck as you cannot risk leaving the engine running 24 hours due to deadly carbon monoxide fumes ? In my HUMBLE opinion, it is too risky. Find a small place--one room just to have the basics of safety.

If you hate paying it enough to live in your truck, then by all means do it. Rent is just that, rent. You're paying someone else's bills. Use the extra money to save for a house, but in the meantime how are you gonna have company over?
