How can Alaska decriminalize 1 oz. of marijuana if it is in a residence,

but penalize the sale or cultivation? How do they expect people to get it in their homes? It doesnt make sense to me.
 
It's a way to keep blocking marijuana, but also appease the idiots (liberals).
 
The wildwood flower grows wild on the farm, but we never "knowed" what it was called.
