how can i activate a nokia's mms and send pics and vids?

i need help finding out the simplest way to send pics and vids privately..just sending to the person i want them to recieve the picture..how do i do that??
 
You can get MMS activated on your phone from here: http://europe.nokia.com/A4144889 there is a limit on the size of the image or vid you can send tho (max 300KB).
