How can I add applications to a Nokia 6230i using a memory card reader?

Well I can't use explorer to place the .jar file because the phone doesn't recognise it that way. I can't use MobiMB or the Nokia Suite as both require either USB, Bluetooth or Infrared connection. All I can use is a memory card reader.

So anyone, please? Anything I can do?
